Ask for a flight or charter
Just tell us the route or flight you have in mind, your date and how many of you are flying. We'll come back to you with a plan and a price, usually within a few hours. If it's an emergency evacuation, please call us.
Getting an exact price faster
A helicopter quote depends on a few details. Put these in your message and we can usually answer in one go:
- Where you'd like to start: Kathmandu, Pokhara, or a lodge or village if it's a charter.
- Your preferred date, plus a spare day in case the weather says no.
- How many of you are flying, and each person's rough weight. Loads are planned by weight, not by seats.
- Anything we should know about health, small children or heavy camera kit.
What happens after you send it
First, we check your route and date with the licensed Nepali helicopter operators we work with, so the plan you get back is one that can actually fly. Then we send it over with the price, the timings and anything you'll need to sort out yourself, such as permits or a spare day for the weather.
Nothing is booked until you say yes, so feel free to ask as many questions as you like first. If the plan isn't quite right, just tell us what to change and we'll rework it. And if you're still choosing between a helicopter tour, a heli trek and a private charter, say so: we're happy to talk you through the differences.
