About Charter Nepal

Charter Nepal is a Kathmandu travel company that arranges helicopter flights in the Himalaya: scenic tours, heli treks, private charters and emergency evacuations.

We don't own any helicopters, and we're happy to say so. Instead, for each flight we pick the right aircraft from Nepal's licensed helicopter operators. That leaves us free to focus on the part that makes a flight go well: planning the route around the weather and the load, sorting out permits and park fees, filling shared flights fairly, and looking after you from hotel pickup to drop-off.

How we work

  • **One clear price.** Every tour page shows what's included and what isn't, park fees too.
  • **The weather decides.** If a pilot says it isn't safe, we don't fly. You pick another day or take a full refund, simple as that.
  • **Honest advice.** If a cheaper or lower route would suit you better, we'll tell you.
  • **Small and responsive.** You'll deal with the same people from your first message right through to the flight.
